Ubud Palace

On your next trip to Ubud, stop by the Ubud Royal Palace for a bit of magic. Since the late nineteenth century, this humble castle in the centre of Ubud has been the residence of Ubudโ€™s royal family, witnessing the establishment of the Kingdom of Ubud. Originally restricted for the royal family, portions of the palace are now open to the public and serve as a museum and centre for Bali traditional arts.

Itโ€™s a terrific spot to have a peek of the royal familyโ€™s historic everyday life and Balinese culture, as well as take some colourful photos of the magnificent building and charming courtyards.
